Since 2016, we’ve been helping healthcare companies bring their products, services and messaging to the market.
Now we’re celebrating 10 years of Connect 4 – and for the very first time, we’re putting the spotlight on the people behind the company.
Sometimes it’s worth stopping for a moment and taking stock. Not because our work is done. But because it’s worth looking back at what we’ve created, at those who have been part of our journey, and at the projects that have shaped us.
For us, that moment is now.
Connect 4 is turning 10.
Ten years full of projects, strategy, coordination, complex content, travel, trade fairs, meetings, tight deadlines and many conversations built on trust. Ten years in which an idea has grown into a company that helps healthcare clients tap into markets, position products and communicate content effectively on an international scale.
And because an anniversary is the perfect occasion to take a new step, we’re launching a brand new look.
We weren’t looking for anything flashy or overblown, but we wanted to focus on something very close to home: ourselves.
From the very beginning, Connect 4 was never one for grandstanding. We’ve simply focused on delivering for our clients, with well-conceived strategies, clear processes, reliable content, precise translations, structured tender management and execution that pays off.
We’ve been happy to work behind the scenes. Where concepts take shape. Where content is honed. Where projects are coordinated, markets analysed, materials aligned and deadlines met. Where disparate requirements come together to form a coherent whole.
And that still suits us down to the ground.
But after 10 years, it’s time to reveal who’s behind Connect 4. Because consulting, communication and partnership thrive on trust. And trust is built not only through experience, quality and reliability, but also through knowing who you’re speaking to.
Healthcare is a unique market. Its products and services need to be compelling for customers, but also easy to understand. Messaging must be technically accurate, sensitive to regulatory requirements and at the same time relevant to different target audiences. International strategies need to work at a local level, too. Translations need to do more than simply copy across words. Tender processes require structure, diligence and punctuality.
That’s exactly where we focus our efforts.
We combine strategic thinking with operational delivery. We bring together marketing, communication, translation, localisation, tender management and technological expertise. Sometimes – though not always – we provide these as separate services, but more often we offer them as the building blocks for successful market penetration.
We have always striven to help healthcare companies go to market with greater clarity, structure and impact.
We’ve learned a great deal over the past 10 years. About markets. About products. About processes. About communication. And about working together.
Above all, we’ve learned that good results come from listening carefully, understanding the bigger picture and staying pragmatic.
That’s why our work rarely starts with a ready-made answer.
Instead, it starts with questions. What do you want to achieve? Which target audiences matter to you? Which markets do you want to focus on? Which regulatory, linguistic or organisational requirements need to be taken into account? What does the project really need – and what doesn’t it need?
These answers shape strategies, content, processes and solutions tailored to our customers. Bespoke, practical and with an eye for what matters most.
An anniversary is never just about your own success. It’s about teamwork – which comes from trust.
That’s why we’d like to say thank you to our customers, partners, colleagues and everyone who has worked with us over the past decade. Thank you for your fascinating projects, open conversations, challenging tasks and the trust you’ve placed in us.
Many of these projects had their challenges.
Some were complex.
Some were short-term.
Others have lasted for years.
But every single one has helped shape Connect 4.
This first blog post marks the start of a new chapter. Going forward, we’ll be sharing insights here into our work and topics relating to healthcare marketing, go-to-market, translation, language management, tender management, digitalisation and AI. We want to share insights, put different perspectives into context and show how we think and work.
We’re going to start by introducing ourselves.
Not as a big, splashy reveal. But by showing us just the way we are: authentic, down-to-earth, straightforward and passionate about what we do.
10 years of Connect 4 is not an end point for us. It’s the perfect moment to say thank you, show who we are and look to the future.
We’re excited for everything that lies ahead.
